Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
By creating an account or using PassKip (passkip.ca), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
PassKip lets you design digital wallet passes and distribute them to end users via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Passes are for membership, loyalty, coupon, event, gift, and access use. PassKip cannot create bank/payment cards, hotel keys, car keys, or native transit cards — those rely on Apple and Google frameworks not available to third-party passes.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the pass content you create.
- You must own or have the right to use any logos, images, and trademarks you upload.
- You may not use PassKip to impersonate others, mislead consumers, or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or infringing passes.
Pass signing
Apple Wallet passes you create are cryptographically signed under PassKip's Apple Pass Type identifier so they install correctly. You grant us the right to sign and distribute the passes you create through the service. You remain responsible for their content.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and wallet behavior ultimately depends on Apple and Google, which are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassKip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
